"What a peaceful and beautiful location! If you enjoy house stays vs hotels, this is a great place to stay at. First and foremost, Pam, the owner is amazing! Super welcoming and friendly. She gave us a tour of the home and told us a bit of the history. She made us feel right at home... we only went for one night for Laney Wilson's concert and it was only about 15 minutes away from the Pavilion. "The owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful! I stayed here the night before the eclipse, and because they knew people wanted to leave early the next day to beat the eclipse traffic, they moved up the start of breakfast (poached eggs and bacon hash, yum!) an hour. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful views of the surroundings, including the lake, from windows. There is a nice loop around the lake that can be done, and hiking trails nearby. "This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....
