「Hotel needs a deep clean. It smells musty and seems old.」

「Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.」

「Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...

「When I book with Expedia I get the less comfortable rooms, this time unfortunately, our room was directly above the air conditioning equipment. The noise level was very high throughout our stay, and the vibration from the units was noticeable enough that the bed would shake」

「I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean, peaceful and at the heart of a lot of things. I felt it was safe and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to accommodate any of my needs.」
