「We arrived late after a long delay at the airport. Woman (sorry I forgot her name) was extremely pleasant and personable. Clearly she enjoys her job.」

「 Because of flight delays we were very late getting to the hotel. The front desk clerk was there to open the front door. She quickly got us to our room. The room was clean and comfy. We were able to get a late checkout because I’m a Bonvoy member. It was a great experience. 」
