「Breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are well-appointed. The property is relatively new, offering a comfortable and modern experience. The staff provide a warm welcome and outstanding customer service—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. It would be great to have a fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room for added convenience. The laundry facilities are wonderful, and the gym is well-balanced and thoughtfully equipped."」

「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「Big room / a little bit hot and overalls are satisfied」

「L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Super bien placé également proche du centre et des télécabines, parfait pour nos randonnées. Le seul point négatif serait que le personnel des restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel jette les déchets (bouteilles) dans les conteneurs entre 22h et minuit…pas très agréable.」
