"Pousada com otima localizacao, na esquina da rua Mucugê, uma das mais agitadas de arraial. Embora o barulho la fora, nao incomoda na pousada. O cafe da manhã razoavel, um bom tempero, porem com poucas opcoes, bem simples. Nao tem vaga de garagem, tem que deixar na praça mais proxima ou qualquer lugar da vila, pois é bem tranquilo em relacao a isso."

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

" Minha experiência nesse hotel foi extremamente negativa. O episódio mais revoltante foi o sumiço do meu óculos após a arrumação do quarto. Ao relatar o problema, o gestor não só se recusou a ressarcir o prejuízo como também demonstrou total descaso e demora em tratar do assunto. O hotel não dispõe de cofre que funcione para guardar objetos de valor, o que aumenta ainda mais a insegurança. O quarto em si é extremamente desconfortável: a cama é dura, o travesseiro é de péssima qualidade e...
