Quarto está bem limpo, mas o banheiro precisava de atenção a mais. O café da manhã bem variado e bem saboroso, a tapioca é perfeita, meu esposo amou. As piscinas todas sempre limpas, foram 4 dias perfeitos. Todos os funcionários muitos atenciosos e educados, fomos muito bem recebidos. A única coisa que senti falta, foi de um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto, no mas tudo perfeito. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

O café da manhã é excelente, não sentimos falta de nada. A cordialidade dos funcionários é um fator diferencial, fomos muito bem tratados. A limpeza é boa, a comida no restaurante também. Se quiser mais sossego pegue apartamentos mais distantes da piscina pois quando tem muita criança e o monitor o barulho é meio alto. As piscinas são muito boas e a localização do hotel excelente.

Estrutura do hotel precária, fotos nao condizem com O local. A acomodação econômica nao condiz com as fotos. Pisos e azulejos quebrados e remendado. Pia do banheiro quase nao sai água, box manchado, parede do box descascada ou manchada. Móveis velhos, não tem cabeceira ou mesinha ao lado da cama. Ar condicionado em cima da cama, nao tem controle de direção, TV sem funcionar direito. Os quartos tem porta de blindex claridade a noite toda. Fiquei no quarto 191, reclamei nos trocaram por 192 (um pouco melhor) porém em menos de 1 hora nós trocaram de novo pro 201, terrível chuveiro pingando, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Café da manhã bem básico, servem tapioca ou omelete em dias alternados o omelete é bom, nos demais dias pães, bolo, 3 tipos de fruta ovo mexido e pao de queijo. Não é ruim, mas nao é maravilhoso é ok. Os empregador da recepção são uma decepção, atendem a gente como se fizessem um sacrifício. O pessoal do bar é mais agradável. Fiquei na ala coqueiros nao recomendo. As outras alas aparentemente são mais novas e mesmo apontando todas as insatisfações nao se dispuseram a nós trocar mesmo q fosse pagando a diferença embora o valor q pagamos na diária economica estava acima da diária standard anunciada por eles no site na mesma data. A única coisa realmente boa foi a localização é entre o axe moi e o toatoa. Pelo valor não compensa tem hotéis mto melhores. Nao volto a me hospedar lá.
