「The pool was too cold to use still. The rooms could have been much cleaner. Use of bleach around the bathroom floors, tub and sink would help. The carpets would benefit greatly from shampooing. 」

「Perfect location right on the strip in Matlacha! We were able to walk to shops and bars. The cottage is too cute!!! Loved being able to take the kayaks out whenever and explore the waters! Can’t beat the price and amenities! We can’t wait to go back! 」

「We booked this location on a whim, weren't sure quite what we were getting into. It's a BnB, but has 4 rooms in one building all with private baths and a shared eating area / lanai / pool / outdoor kitchen / firepit. All are immaculate. Monique and Leon were consummate hosts - kind, caring and warm. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, shark tooth sifters for our use. I would HIGHLY recommend this property under current ownership. They are wonderful...

「The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. 」
