"Hotel was perfect walking distance to many stores and streetcar stops. The room was clean and the perfect size, and the staff were super helpful "

"The staff was absolutely amazing. Their friendliness and readiness to help was very evident. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was not easy but it was manageable. Only real complaint I have is that the sofa beds are a nightmare. You could feel every spring in the mattress. There is also a urine-like smell in the elevator landing as you enter the fifth floor. It may be time to renovate the property. But like I said, the staff really made the trip memorable. "
