「It's good to have un limited coffee and tea at 2nd floor. But it will be better to have a easy coffee maching in the room.」

「The unusual thing about the River Inn is literally every employee, front desk, bellman, food service & room cleaning go out of their way to be friendly and extremely helpful. Even the small things, heading toward the elevator? They push the call button. Need hot water? Here it is. Need a recommendation? They ask a couple of questions and you get all the details. Heading for the door? Anybody in the vicinity opens it. Don't see this as consistently at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton!」

「Everything was perfect except for check in. Arrived at 2:50 prior to normal schedule check in time at 3pm. Our suite wasnt ready. Didnt receive my keycard until a hour later. The hotell was either short staffed or they were just taking their sweet ole time. 」

「I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, especially when I entered into the bathroom and had to pull the tape from the toilet. I will return to the Harborside the next time I am in the area and needing a weekend stay. 」

「The hotel is very well located, we were able to walk pretty much to all the main places, the area feels very safe and the valet parking is super convenient if you don’t want to be looking for parking garages, you get a free drink at the lobby bar during your stay. Rooms are small but cozy and very nice decorated. We stayed on the 3rd floor and was nice and peaceful!! 」

「We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.」
