「For an older hotel this property was very clean and the room modern. Loved the 24 hour coffee station! Very cute and romantic.」

「This place is totally run down. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Most of the staff were friendly. Exception was the checkout person who did not even turn to me or lift her head when I asked about the checkout process.」

「My wife and I just spent 2 nights at this property and paid $1300 for a superior large suite with fireplace. The room was lovely with a beautiful outlook to the woods. It was clean, fresh and well appointed, but was let down by the bathroom. It was large and clean but lacked a bath, and the shower had a curtain rather than a modern glass door (it may have been an accessible bathroom, but wasn't marked as such). Not a big deal, just surprising for such an otherwise luxurious room. The area is...

「Room was old. Bathroom extremely small and cracks in the wall. Caulk in tv tub showing its age. Keys to open the open were difficult. Coffee shop was more like a bar lots of liquor. Food was minimal.」
