"Pretty basic stuff here but cheap and cheerful."

"Very impressive amenities and so clean with a huge comfortable bed."

"Helpful Not too far from town and shops"

"The hotel was in a nice position for the beach and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a little tired and expensive for what they were."

"Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it."

"On site parking was a bonus and the atmosphere . Very quiet and restful stay, and easy to find."

"Comfortable room, good value for money and decent bar "

"The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features."

"Great cottage very comfortable and warm friendly and helpful hosts we will be back"
