「Other than getting charge $20 several times I enjoyed my stay. My cost was suppose to be $202.63. I got charged $242.62. I am owed $40.00. The staff and housekeeping were very nice except for the girl when I checked out today. My room was clean and I enjoyed the walk in shower」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads.
