"Pros- actual property grounds were clean, location great.Water activities and Pizza were good.Pizzeria staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Cons- pools much smaller and not very clean, slides had mold. A child pooped by the slide, it sat there for 20mins with children running by it,just a wet ..."

"The room was spacious and very nice for the price. The only negative was limited front desk hours and no breakfast included. We only stayed two nights, so we didn't take advantage of the kitchen facilities. It was convenient to the theaters we were visiting while in Branson."
