「Great stay!」

「We are picky hotel stayers. I typically only search for 8+ rated hotels because I just can’t risk staying somewhere “gross”. Residence Inn was in such great shape I questioned if it was built within the last couple of years, but it turns out it’s almost 8 years old. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and recreation area was clean and in good shape. Staff were friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t comment on that. 「Very clean suite, clean, sparking pool and hot tub, however, staff began closing breakfast bar BEFORE the cutoff time. This is the second time this has happened to us at this specific hotel, and it is unfair. Breakfast should be open and available to guests until the cutoff time, not before. Because of this, many guests were unable to eat breakfast. Please address this!」
