「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

I can’t say enough about the property jetted bath tubs all the antique decor the Mountain View’s and the chef created a memorable meals for us!! We can’t wait to have another adventure at the Keyah Grande!! Don’t hesitate book it you won’t regret it!!!! Very romantic getaway!!!!!」

「It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it. Communication with the property manager...

「This house had everything a family could need for a stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds extremely comfortable. There was nothing this place lacked. We enjoyed our stay and will try to get this place again when we go back to Pagosa springs. It's a hidden off the road gem.」
