"What a fantastic view right on The Spit! Walkable to so many stores and restaurants. Our room was generous in size and nicely decorated. You can reserve time for hot tub and indoor pool. Onsite Charter House Restaurant was good and convenient. Highly recommended!"

"The cabin has a far nicer kitchen than I expected and it was immaculate when we showed up. The location is beautiful right on a lake with sand hill cranes flying right over us. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in beautiful Homer. "

"Refreshing ! Quiet, beautiful productive gardens to wander through. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The best part-- the couple that run the Inn! Warm, friendly and the breakfasts were perfectly prepared and their relatability was great. Will definately be going back."

"Good: rooms were big and airy. Bad: paid deposit at time of booking and the other half was supposed to be paid at stay but the 2nd payment was charged to my credit card a month before actual stay. Had 2 pull out couches, 1 the frame was broken and the other was uncomfortable "

"Mike was very helpful and told us about the glaciers that we could see out his front door. The views were excellent of the bay and glaciers when it was clear out. It was very nice to sit by the kitchen table with Mike and discuss the area as it was all new to us."

"Beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. The building seems to lack insulation against noise from the upstairs apartment. We could hear people peeing in the toilet above the bedrooms, every step they took and doors closing. When the toilets flush or water runs there’s also a loud pump. The walls inside the apartment are thin as well. So if noise is an issue for you to get a good night sleep this probably isn’t a good place to stay. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. "
