「Pro and Con. Con -Many many rooms had windows covered by a white milky substance on the exterior, possibly from the above cooling units poorly vented. It was like milk poured over the windows, and you couldn't see clearly outside - at all. (I have photos) Plus my window screen a had a huge rip so it flapped in the wind. 「This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.」

「This was an adequate location for my one night stay for a graduation even in Green Bay. All closer locations were booked with a major concert in the area. I was happy with everything overall, but the construction in the area was tough to manage to get to the highway. I know the hotel can't control that, but it did create some additional stress for me to get to and from Green Bay.」

「We had a nice stay at The Osthoff Resort overall. The property was very clean, and we enjoyed both the pools and the beach. The location is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests.
