「Check in and check out was quick and easy. The refrigerator was not working in our room. The maintenance staff brought in a replacement, but he didnt seem to happy to bring it. Overall, I would stay there again if I'm in the area. 」

「My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience.
