Porém, chuveiro sem pressão nenhuma de água (bica de agua) mesmo com o chuveiro moderno com jatos direcionais e etc... televisão com poucos canais e sinal de antena bem ruim, perde o sinal a todo instante. Garagem bem apertada, onde para fazer o caracol para subir os andares tem q fazer manobras para não raspas nas paredes. Carro pequeno deve subir de primeiro, carro grande não. "
