nao funcionava o chuveiro so saia umas gotas fui reclamar a atendente disse que era no 4 andar todo, e que so resolveria na segunda isso era quinta e ia ficar ate domingo, e que o hotel estava cheio. depois de discussao o gerente arrumou outro quarto nao voltarei mais nesse tem melhores na cidade

Excelente localização, em frente à Praça e à Catedral. Foi todo reformado e está com cara de novo. Atendimento muito bom desde a recepção. Café da manhã bonito e variado. Quarto bonito e confortável. O estacionamento é seguro, porém cobrado à parte e um pouco difícil de manobrar. Uma ótima opção em Pato Branco. Eu recomendo.

Bom hotel mas não excelente.

Quarto limpo, ducha excelente, boa localização, tamanho do quarto ok para uma pessoa. Garagem terrível! Precisa urgente de manobrista pq nao é qq um que consegue entrar na garagem, se for carro grande esquece e para na rua mesmo. Equipe deveria ser mais energica com hospedes q fazem barulhos depois das 22 e antes das 8… vários adolescentes fazendo algazarra nos corredores e no quarto de cima… eles possuem convênio com outro hotel próximo para usar a academia. Nota 8 no total - bom mas nao é excelente.

Quarto família com tamanho excelente. Com divisão interna e 2 tvs pra muita comodidade. Limpeza impecável e camas novas. Razoável

Hotel reformado há pouco tempo, porem sem supervisão de um engenheiro para orientar o pedreiro a colocar o vaso sanitário na altura padrão. Colocaram o vaso suspenso muito acima do normal. Faltam portas toalhas no banheiro, e os quartos sao apertados. Café da manhã excelente. Quartos novos, bem limpos. Cama razoável, poderia ser melhor.

Precisa de melhorias de conforto.

Hotel todo reformado, bem conservado, limpo. Porém, chuveiro sem pressão nenhuma de água (bica de agua) mesmo com o chuveiro moderno com jatos direcionais e etc... televisão com poucos canais e sinal de antena bem ruim, perde o sinal a todo instante. Garagem bem apertada, onde para fazer o caracol para subir os andares tem q fazer manobras para não raspas nas paredes. Carro pequeno deve subir de primeiro, carro grande não.

Hotel muito bem equipado, funcionários atenciosos, unico problema é a garagem que é bem propicia a danos ao veiculo, pois é uam garagem circular com muito pouco espaço, precisa ficar manobrando e patinando no meio das rampas por serem muito ingrimes.

As pessoas foram sempre muito atenciosas, mas a TV a cabo ficou fora do ar oor 2 dos 4 dias. Ressalto porém que o funcion´pario sempre atualizava com relação ao pedido de manutenção.
