「Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.」

「Hotel Reception informed that no free wifi on package purchasing from Hotels.com, in the end, they offered complimentary wifi to me after negotiation, it's better Hotel.com confirm with them whether wifi is free or not. thnaks. Hotel over all and services are great.」
