「I was injured at the hotel during our stay. I could tell the employee felt terrible and they did give me a sweatshirt I just felt they should reached me and offered more considering how injured I was.」

「The only drawback to our stay was the very noisy HVAC wall unit.. you didn’t need a sound machine for sure. Actually our last night I turned it off since it rattled way too loud for us…not typical for such a nice lodge. I didn’t complain to onsite staff but maybe we should have… it could be that the unit is in need of repair… otherwise the lodging was good..」

「It would be good to add some sort of lift to the second floor for older guests who aren't disabled but still can have difficulty with stairs.」

「Beautiful property, perfect location」

「Room was clean and cozy. Staff were engaging and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fortifying. Highly recommend.」

「We felt very welcome and the fresh bakery each morning was delicious. We will be back again」

「Really clean and recently refurbished.」

「Nice kitchen, fire place.」

「Everything was clean. Unfortunately we got the room above the martini bar and a room without a comfortable bed or chairs. The morning staff was very nice. 」
