「Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us with some logistical needs for our trip. The room was spacious and of good value. 「This B&B was an amazing find. The check in process was a breeze (make sure to call them directly for your door code!) and we loved the full kitchen feature. The property is private but can accommodate multiple guests in different parts of the yard. A must stay (and return) location!」

「I have NEVER given a bad review, but here I must. The property was dated, and some of the furniture was in bad shape. For instance, the bar stools in the kitchen area were torn on the cushion area or were patched. One night I used the toilet and the water came up in the shower. I had to wait the next day for several hours for a plumber to come out and clear the main line. In the Master Bedroom on windy nights the curtains on the inside of the room would move. And if you like dogs, the neighbors...

「Exceptional! A perfect place in every sense! Great location, super clean and comfortable. Not only exactly as advertised, but better. We had a family stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. We were all super comfortable and happy with the stay. Would do it again in a heart beat! 」
