「Top tier modern style hotel. Customer service, housekeeping, amenities were all impeccable. Walking distant to department stores, restaurants, grocery store, entertainment, movies and more. My go to hotel next time my family visists Albuquerque!」

「Check-in was a breeze. The Wifi is fast and simple to login, no passwords. Room was clean with a nice desk/work area.」

When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...
