峽谷英畝 3 星級飯店

「The hotel lobby is very night and feels authentic to the area. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They had free coffee for the guests in the morning as early at 5am. The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The pool is hard to find but thankfully the front desk person walked with us to show us where it was. The pool was cold (not heated) much as the website says so that would be the only negative. 」

「Hairs were clinging onto the bed and pillow sheets from the last wash, I'm assuming. Asked for extra bedding from the front, and they were accommodating. Unfortunately, we were awoken by a loud alarm around 7 am, scaring us awake. Glad to know their emergency system works, but I also would've loved a full night's rest. I don't fault the hotel for the faulty alarm though! (Though it should be looked at since it has happened yesterday as well according to other patrons...)」

The guy that checked us in was wearing a mask very unprofessional on explaining the changes all that was said was accidentally didn’t say an amount. When asked he just kept repeating accidental. they ended up charging me again for another room when I had already booked and paid in full ahead of the. And they continued charging me. 「The propert was fantastic. It was the quiet time that was ignored by bus loads of highschool kids. FCCLA event was being held there. I was sleeping,when an eruption of noise filled the lobby, and my room at 10:40pm. Very startling. Eventually, the noise stopped, but it was very difficult to get to sleep after a 20 hour day.」
