"It was ok when I checked in,my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait about 15mins or so for my room. Next morning asked for a noon check out and was denied which was ridiculous because I should have been accommodated due to check in issues "

"Our room was really nice and clean. Very spacious. Bathroom already have big size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for us. The kitchen area have a large size refrigerator and a dishwasher and all the utensils available which we didn't expect."

"Stayed here before a procedure at the local hospital. Very clean overall, the beds were very comfy. Our son enjoyed the pool. Be careful though if you go into the courtyard area as our key did not work to get back inside, had to call the front desk for help. Other than that, great experience overall. "

"We took a quick trip for memorial weekend and this hotel was a great stay for a great price! Easy and fast drive to Pensacola Beach. Room was modern and spacious. Fridge and microwave which was nice. The bed was amazing and the shower while not as new as the room itself was GREAT! Hot and good pressure…overall super worth the pay ahead price on Expedia "
