營山 3 星級飯店

「I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again.」

「Second time staying here, still just as pleased! Room was super clean, breakfast was great, sooo many choices! Visited the hot tub after the long trip, definitely relaxed! Staff so friendly, felt totally at home!」

「The bedding is somewhat worn.」

「Ok」

「Bien situé près de la I81 mais insonorisation nulle.」

「The room stinked , the floor was rippled and moved when walked on. The hallway had collapsed floor. The handicap shower was a bit slippery. The desk manager couldn't even understand a simple question. I asked if someone turned in a bag with a computer in. He said I don't understand. I said it more than once got the same dumb look and I don't understand. I got kinda mad, and said well I'm speaking English!! Still got the dumb look. The room was right next to the elevator. I've stayed there...

「We had a good restful night there. The hotel is getting renovated right now so some issues did occur but overall our stay was nice. We did have to work through an overcharge of our room and the front desk clerk did help.」
