We communicated 3 times via email, text and phone to turn the pool heat up and never received a response. 80 degrees and sunny out, Kids swam for 5 minutes and were shivering so didn't get much use of the pool. From the very beginning we were welcomed with a warm text and instructions for entry and throughout our stay communication with Juliette was quick and easy. She was always kind and helpful.
