「Staff were nice and courteous and breakfast was delicious. The deluxe room I booked was dark with a wall for a view. The door wouldn't open with the key card so we got transferred to a regular room. The A/C for the family room I booked for my in-laws wasn't working and they too got transferred to another room. The beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. 「The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs.
