「This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.」

「空港シャトルを予約しており、スタッフが名前の紙をもって空港でお待ちしますとのメッセージが来ていたので 安心していたのですが、空港にスタッフは来ておらず、空港から電話をしたら、約1時間遅れで来られました。タクシーで自分から行くことも考えたのですが、すくに来るだろうと待ってみることにしました。でも、来られたのは、1時間後でした。あてにならないですね。これも文化でしょうか。」

The staff members were polite, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also loved the location, as there are great shops just steps away from the main entrance.
