"We recently stayed at the Protea Hotel by Marriott Kampala Skyz and, honestly, it was a mixed bag at best. We arrived early around 1:10 pm, but our room wasn’t ready yet. Check-in is supposed to be at 2 pm, but we didn’t get any updates until after 2:10 pm when we had to go ask at reception. They said the room had been ready for a while but no one bothered to inform us—definitely a communication breakdown.
