"From the time we checked in on the 19th of May, every one of the staff was "above board" in the way we were taken care of, from Daniel who checked us in, to the restaurant staff...Terrilyn and yes, Martin. All those in housekeeping, maintenance, everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt so much at home here, and DID NOT want to leave! Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!!! I recommend this Holiday Inn Resort in Daytona to everyone!!!"

"For a really older hotel it was clean. Staff friendly. Nice tiki bar. No Dining on site. The few vending machines were out of order. Biggest downfall was the onsite construction - very annoying!"

"absolutely amazing! found room 103 Ocean Waves on Hotels.com for a quick little 2 night getaway from Orlando and I am so glad we did!! the location is perfect.. right on the beach! private walkway to beach and pool right at my doorstep. parking right outside my door... room has cute mini kitchen that comes in handy if you like cooking your own meals- which is exactly what we did!! soft, comfy queen bed.. big bathroom and shower!! Dante the host, sent all of the helpful information needed through...
