「Front desk personnel could have been much more aware at check-in. Rooms were very clean. It seems to me that one of the most important areas to clean, easiest to maintain, and most often overlooked is the elevator. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ELEVATOR CARS!」

「When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.」
