When we got to the hotel they told us we didn't have a room because of s power outage, but they were clearly other guests there, they just sold our room.

There were a lot of things around the hallway. First room, the shower's floor was yellowish. The second room, where they moved me in, was just OK. At least the bathroom was cleaner than the first one. A lot of dust on the TV shelf, writing desk, on the carpet. It looks that cleaning staff doesn't look for all those places. The mirror's lights were not working because the light switch had a short circuit. I asked the person at the front desk to get maintenance person to fix it and it took 8 days to get it fixed. Breakfast was a joke. I have been in other springhill hotels but this is a terrible place to stay.

The staff was awesome. The room was clean but had a smell. The pool wasn't working. First night was good but second night was very scary. I pulled up to the hotel and there were about 40 young people outside the front door so I parked in the back. It was 5 guys roaming in the back then they went in the back door which was broken. One guy came from the front and was trying to hide a big gun. I was terrified!!!!! They had been outside the front door for 3 hours. I'm black so it's not about race.

The check in person was terrible. She was sweet but had no knowledge of the business. I paid beforehand and was charged twice for incidentals. The first room had one pillow and no remote and I was told the tvs were down. Then tried to shower and the water didn’t work. Had to be switched to another room and then all of a sudden it comes with a remote and working tv. First and last visit to this establishment. Oh and the indoor pool looked like something abandoned from a horror film.
