「Nice resort in a beautiful city」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Thunder Lodge this past weekend. You absolutely cannot beat the location; it's a peaceful spot nestled in the pines, but still just a five-minute walk to Main Street and the gondola. Loved the pool and hot tub!」

「I’ve stayed in two rooms here and can see why reviews are either great or terrible - it really depends on the room you get, and unfortunately there’s no way to choose when booking here. Some of the staff are exceptional however, and turned what would have been a one-star review stay to this five-star review. One tip may be to make sure and book a premium room, not the standard, even though they have the same description and (misleading) photos on this site. It is a great place to stay and the...

「It was great having a bistro in the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. Aaron in the bistro was very attentive to our needs. The other bistro assistant (don't know her name) was also great at taking care of the diners needs.」

「I keep coming back to the Indigo because I find the rooms clean and comfortable, I love the decor, the simplicity, the robes and linens and the ease in terms of location. It's a nice hotel but not over the top, that perfect middle spot. It feels cared for. Very minor things I don't love are blackouts that don't completely seal out the street lights (at least in some rooms) and the bathroom faucet wide spray mode vs narrow spray mode. 」
