"The staff was super friendly and check in was fast. The hotel had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. But for the price, I was really surprised that our king size room didn’t have a microwave. We didn’t realize that until our late arrival after the show we went to a d we couldn’t heat up the food we had in the mini fridge. There’s a microwave in the main lobby downstairs but who in the world wants to use that instead of one in the privacy of their room. Also, no breakfast was offered…not even...

"Something unique about the property is that they have an Electric Car charger area. The one thing I didn't like was that the shower head spewed water onto the door and floor. The shower head had tape on it and the tape was coming off."

"Overall great stay, great service. Right by the airport which is great but decently far from everything else so transportation was a bit to figure out. Other then the constant traffic noise it was relatively quiet. "

"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. I was upset, because I call the day before and was given the pervious stated information. Otherwise the hotel was...
