"The gentleman who helped me at the check-in desk was very nice. I arrived from the airport before the appointed check-in time. He allowed me to check in early so I can put my things away before heading to the hospital. I really appreciated not having to check in upon my return at 9 PM."

"I booked a room to celebrate my mom and sisters birthdays I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous"
