「Room was newly refurbished, beautiful and pretty quiet despite a full hotel. Staff were all quite friendly, entertainment close by and wonderful restaurant on site. 」

「When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time.」
