The amountbof money i paid as a single father for the condo, nothing was part of the condo. No comp bowling, no comp tubing or dinner. Nothing but the pool. It was just an ok experience. Resort in Orlando fl, allows for more family friendly activities. Blessings

Ive stayed in many condos at 7 springs. I ususlly book through VRBO but was unable to as it was last minute. However the property was clean and well stocked. My biggest issue was there was no literature or communication I had to turn the breaker on for the hot water. And turn the water on. Usually theres info in the check in guide for the property but not this one. Also the shower head off the main bedroom is ancient whereas the shower head up in the kids bathroom is new.. Beds were comfy which is a big plus in my book.

The resort is amazing. The condo was very dated and had a lot of wear and tear. It didn't diminish our trip but could use updates and repairs.

The condo was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/utensils to cook your own meals. Its a great place to get away with the family in nature, play board games and just spend time together.

Couch has hard plastic cord sticking out of top of edging that hurts when you sit back. Several burned out lights on kitchen track light & bathroom bar light. Great kitchen & bedroom!

Horrible and outdated. Beds are like sleeping on the rocks. All that overpriced. Outrageous fees, be aware. Absolutely unacceptable.

Nice stay. Resort was nice. Only problem was a 5 hour power outage. We left at 7am when it happened. Got back at 12pm. Power came back on a few minutes later but we already packed to leave. Cleaned up. Ran the dishwasher and left a day early. No accommodations were made for the outage. I understand things happen, but i wasted 350 dollars for an extra day i didn’t use.
