「Atmosphere is eccentric .」

「Hotel was very nice but the rooms could use an upgrade. The lobby, atrium and outside was extremely nice but the room was not as you would expect from the rest. Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. I would stay again. 」

「I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. 」

「Staff was very nice. I was allowed a early check in which was helpful. Someone was always at front desk to help. My friend lost her key and security was very prompt on showing up to let her into her room. 」

「So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. 」
