「All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn’t see it listed in the listing but parking is $40 a day. I don’t see the need for valet in this hotel but other than that our day was amazing.」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.」

「I've stayed in this hotel several times. I like it a lot. It's quiet most of the time and I love the surroundings 」

「Very convenient for our whole family to meet there before our cruise. Easy to get shuttle from airport, to dining/shopping area and to cruise ship port. Romm was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. Only difficulty was vanity area light worked only intermittently and couldn't figure out how to turn on the lamp by the window.」

「Only down fall of the location is food is not available at walking distance after hours. I missed a late connecting flight and was hungry this is at no fault of the hotel tho. 」
