「我們是到新加坡玩，住宿在 Swiss-Inn Batam。飯店的所在地距離最近的港口(HourborBay)搭 Taxi 要六塊多美金不算太遠。但是HourborBay到新加坡的船班每天只有四班，不是很方便。另外，飯店附近也沒有很多 Shopping 的地方，大部份時間都在飯店裡面休息。而飯店本身的設施是非常簡易，健身中心只有三、四台設備，而且有些己經損壞不能使用。所以基本上我們並沒有使用他的健身中心。 Spa 的地方還算可以，只是舒適感不足，整體感覺不好。使用的精油似乎品質不佳，感覺不太洗得掉。另外值得一提的是，我們沒有攜帶適合當地使用的插座轉換器，飯店人員很貼心的提供我們使用。」

「The hotel is very convenient to various locations(ferry terminal, markets,eateries,etc). Massage is a cab ride way.Hotel is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities , except refridgerator and safe box in room. Would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Tanjung Pinang.」

「巴淡岛中央码头坐德士到酒店7万印尼盾酒店工作人员热情周到快速的办好入住手续没有收押金服务员送我们进房间有笑容我给了一万盾小费房间干净整洁床铺很舒服！距离Nagoya 商场走路10分钟出门右转再左转往前走有一家华人老板开的咖啡店印尼菜和中餐都很好吃有中文餐单」

「The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. 」
