"We paid 3Xs the value of the place upon checkin and then find out we have to pay another $20 for parking in a wide open parking lot. Never have I paid for parking in my thousands of nights outside d/t centers "

"My room was clean. A/C was difficult to use, and had no instructions. The TV remote had no batteries. The shower handle came off in my hand. The window could not be opened. I requested no cleaning and returned to a partially cleaned room twice. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar properties. Coffee was weak, oatmeal was instant, limited protein options, and breads selection was very limited. The kitchen staff were great- the view from the property was amazing, easy to get to town, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk people were helpful and friendly"
