"Friendly staff, clean hotel. Pool was closed due to a chemical issue, so my kids were bummed. Breakfast isn't free, so we went across the street to Biggby. Overall, a good stay."

"Well kept and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet atmosphere, which was surprising considering it is off of a busy street. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, just coffee. Took a quick look so see what was offered and it was just fine for the nightly price. Lots of restaurant choices within a short drive. My stay was a last minute reservation and a quick overnight. "It’s a nice hotel and you can tell they’ve made a lot of improvements but the furniture in our room was pretty shabby/beat up looking. Also, our bathroom sink was very slow to drain and one of the TVs in our room didn’t work. What we liked was how quiet it was and the staff was SO friendly. We would stay here again."

"The room was clean. Staff was helpful and communicative. Quiet area, at least during off season. The deck area was nice. Short walk to the lake front, about 15 minutes. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Could use a bigger tv for night time relaxation. "

"From start (amazing, healthy and filling breakfasts) to finish (hot tub under the stars), the Inn delivered. Plenty of nooks to escape to, like chairs in the shade outside or various living rooms and the innkeepers couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, down to suggesting restaurants from among the many to choose from and even making our reservation. Can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. Close to Dune beaches (20 minutes -- visit the smaller ones for fewer crowds) and very easy walk to...

"Arrived at 4:30pm and tucked into a great room in the Main building. Grabbed a bite out and came back to relax. I had a hectic week at work and it was so good to sleep so soundly- 10pm to 7am straight through, which I never do. Lovely balcony off the room that I would have loved to use if the weather was a bit nicer. Great stay, highly recommend. "
