"Upon arrival Noone was there to let us in the door. (Late). We stood there waiting for someone to answer the phone until luckily someone with a key card let us in. We then stood at the desk for 15 minutes before then being helped by someone "off the clock" and their valet companion who had previously been hanging out on the couch. I called ahead of time to ask about parking as we had never been here. I was assured there was ample parking around. There was not. So we opted to pay the $70 (!) Valet fee. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. (OH, and I guess artsy wallpaper.) If you are traveling with kids do not stay here. The room is the size of a sardine can. (At $300 as well). The layout and set up were awful. Breakfast was your typical microwaved eggs and awful coffee."

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."

"This hotel was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I booked a room online, and when i called to confirm over the phone they said the booking was unsuccessful and i do not have a reservation. they are still charging me the full amount saying i chose not to show up for my reservation. Upon speaking to managers, i have gotten nowhere."
