「The main issue with the stay is that there was only one working elevator. Stair access is outside and requires badge access but was not working. Was told only maintenance could open it and they weren’t here. Just seemed like a huge safety issue, more than 15 people in the elevator due to huge waits. Was willing to climb the 6 flights of stairs to our room but wasn’t allowed. It just seems like they need more help maintenance and upkeep wise. There were some front desk people that were really...

「We booked close to our arrival date as our plans to stay with friends fell through. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay.
We enjoyed being close to the water/bridge and spent time watching the boats as well as the dolphins.
Our room was small, BUT, efficient and had everything we needed. The addition of a full breakfast was an added bonus to our reservation.
We would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend the hotel to others!! 」
