"Very warm, welcoming, accommodating, and professional front desk personnel on morning and evening shifts. Clean room and facilities. Convenient laundry area should guest(s) require it. Great dining options. Great price to value ratio. And easy freeway access. My only MINOR complaint was no tv guide for channels. Otherwise, easily a 9.5/10. Highly recommend and will be returning on future trips. "

"Nice room size, Clean, in walking distance of Target and Menlo Mall, Good staff, breakfast was meh but at least it was included but other than that we enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again if we go back to the area"

"The room was beautiful & very comfortable. Would like it if a hook was installed close to the shower to be able to grab my towel when I’m wet. The breakfast bar was never open thd 3 mornings we stayed. One morning I was able to purchase a couple muffins & some pastries. Was very disappointed lack of items & variety in the “Market”. Front desk person told us NOTHING about amenities when we checked in. I had to call down & ask about specific things, especially concerning the breakfast. People should be told upon check-in that the breakfast is not free, the WiFi info, etc. Unhappy that we were not told anything at all. "
