"I decided to stay a bit out of town for a ski trip....and it was perfect. Just a 10 min ride down the hill to OKEMO and LUDLOW. It is absolutely beautiful and quiet...the sunsets and sunrises are amazing from the top of that hill. It is secluded and you really get a slice of VT. The unit is very large and spacious. It has everything you need for a short stay...for some, not having a microwave is an issue, but not for me. Toaster over, full stove, fridge, electric water kettle, coffee maker,...

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice my room was! Very comfortable 4 poster king size bed, gas fireplace, even a patio. Mini fridge & TV. The bathroom was large and had plenty of storage space and shelves. Plus, Ed, the owner, met me at my car, carried my bags, and couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the well organized Activity Room with the coloring sheets, blocks, access to the large screen tv. We only had one issue and that was the lighting at night entering the pool area. We had mentioned at our stay in April 2023 that it made if very difficult to walk there from our condo and were surprised it was not resolved. But hopefully, the painting of the floor pool is a good sign that the renovations are under way. Other than that, we always were...

"It was our first time in the castle itself, usually we stay in the lower hotel but the rates were comparable to the least expensive so I booked one night in the “castle”. The only complaint we really had was the heater in the room was controlled from a thermostat that was down the hall and was for the entire building so our room was either cold or way too hot even with the windows open in late April. "Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that."

"The townhouse was perfect for my family of 4 as we were skiing at nearby Mt. Sunapee (about 8 mins away!). The pictures honestly represented the property. The kitchen is a bit dated but the townhouse was very clean and very comfortable. The property manager was extremely welcoming and so very helpful when we had questions. The property is located on lots of open land so we were able to snowshoe with the kids on the property as well. Would definitely come back to this townhouse."
