"In its design, this is certainly a concept hotel, which makes it both appealing and rather different. "The family atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are the owners and they really make you feel welcome. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, the pool area was small but very comfortable, and the son of the owners is so helpful. He gave us excellent advice. It’s about a 15 minute drive up from or down to Pinhao but the drive itself is spectacular. I highly recommend this place."

"A lovely family run hotel both clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and a small bar where you can sit on the terrace under grapevines and look at the beautiful view. The hotel restaurant is extremely good and parking and breakfast are free. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be back."

"Not as advertised. Essentially a room with no services at all. No staff so you have to go up the hill to the sister hotel for everything. Room was not serviced when I stayed 2 nights either. Not a satisfactory listing"
