「First they put us in a conjoined room without informing us prior, traveling with young children so this was a big NO for us. Moved rooms and immediately we noticed there were roaches ON THE COFFE MACHINE AND CUPS! Walked into the restroom and there was ANOTHER ROACH IN THE TUB AND DIRTY SOCKES ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN. And this point we just left, unfortunately we booked through Expedia so they told us we had to get refunded through Expedia, reach out about our issues asking for a refund, they...

「Worse hotel ever! Stayed 2 nights and reported that the sink is clogged the first night. and nothing has been done to repair it or fixed since I checked out. Room key doesn’t work, sucks when your on the 5th floor and have to take the elevator back down when there’s a tour bus full of high school kids in the hallway and elevator. Staff was not friendly at all! I should have read other people reviews! 」
