「Great price! Newer hotel, close to downtown, Biltmore and shopping. Modern clean 2 queen beds, comfortable and the breakfast buffet was really good. 」

「Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals.」

「Slightly disappointed the water feature wasn't working at the pool, it is why we chose this hotel... however, overall stay was great! Very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful mountain view. Would definitely come back!」

「The security guard David is wonderful at his job. Very accommodating and takes security of the property very seriously. We very much appreciated his hospitality. The two front desk employees were excellent. They were friendly and very professional. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality on our short stay and look forward to staying here again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. These three gentlemen deserve a raise. 」
