「I am not a person that complains or leaves reviews but this one seemed warranted We chose Marriott because, we thought it would be a better standard of cleanliness. And I was truly shocked. There was a lot of bugs. There were bugs on the ceiling, under the bed, in the bed, the bathroom had hair everywhere in the shower and on the floor. 「Booked a water park hotel to use their water park amenities! 2 of the 3 pools were closed down during our stay. And the one that was open was inside. They also had a non functioning exit door by the main entrance with no note or anything that it wouldn’t open, nice fire hazard. Also our room patio doors didn’t lock!!! We have toddlers in our room and needing our balcony doors to lock is kind of crucial.」
